A few days before Halloween, I visited Queen Elizabeth Country Park with a group of like-minded individuals for a mindful walk. We engaged in breathwork and connected with nature. We were instructed by the leader to go find a tree to stand near or hug. I felt drawn to stand between two trees. As I stood there, a surge of energy coursed through me from crown to feet—so powerful that if it continued, I might have started shaking,
Curious, I invited others from our group to stand there. Five out of seven in our group who tried it felt distinct tingles. One person from the group stepped quickly away because their knees went to jelly from the intensity of the energy ✨
