I take your safety and comfort seriously. I hold an up‑to‑date DBS check for my work, and I maintain professional insurance and clear boundaries to support a safe, respectful environment during your session.

What to Expect During Your Reiki Session in Waterlooville:

Touch or No-Touch Reiki Options

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted and we’ll have a brief check‑in about how you’re feeling and whether you’d like touch or no‑touch Reiki, or a mix of both. If you choose touch, I’ll also ask if your feet are ticklish so we can adapt as needed. You’ll then be shown to the Reiki bed, invited to remove your shoes and lay on the Reiki bed.

Relaxing Music

Gentle relaxing music will play as I move through each hand position, starting at the head and working down the body. I’ll finish by gently grounding at your feet and knees, and if you’ve drifted off to sleep, I’ll pause for a few moments before waking you gently. A glass of water will be offered.

Sessions & Booking

All sessions include additional time to arrive, settle, and gently ground afterwards. Choose your preferred session, date and time below via the booking calendar.

New Clients

If this is your first session, your appointment will also include a 20 minute consultation. This introduction and welcome gives us time to cover some basic background information and to talk through any preferences or questions you have before the session begins.

Arrival and Location 📍

Located just off Tempest Avenue in Waterlooville. Free residential parking is available.

Note

To ensure comfort and safety: the Reiki bed is rated for a client maximum weight of 150kg (approximately 23 stone). The Reiki studio is accessed via steps and there is raised trim around the doors of the building.
