About the Facilitated Reiki Share in Waterlooville

This Reiki Share is a hosted monthly gathering in my garden studio in Waterlooville, where Reiki practitioners come together to give and receive Reiki in a supportive, small‑group setting. It offers time to practise, build confidence, and enjoy receiving Reiki yourself in a calm, private space.

Sessions occur every second Tuesday of the month from 6.30pm and lasts 2 hours.

I host these shares because Reiki can be more powerful when practised together in a supportive groups.

This Share is for

• Reiki practitioners (Level 1 or above)
• Who want to practise giving and receiving Reiki
• Want to either expand their skills or gain more experience
• Enjoy the grounding and calmness that comes with the Reiki experience

The share is will have maximum of 6 participants including myself, so that everyone has plenty of time both to offer and to receive Reiki.

What happens during the 2‑hour facilitated share?

• We will begin with a short welcome
• A grounding and centring exercise to help everyone settle and connect with the Reiki energy
• Take turns on the treatment couch while the rest of the group offers Reiki energy
• Roles are rotated so that each participant has the chance to both give and receive Reiki during the session
• At the end of the share there is also time for gentle discussion—swapping experiences, asking questions, or simply sitting quietly together; herbal teas will be offered

Future Waterlooville Hosted Reiki Shares

Places must be booked in advance, and spaces are limited to 6 participants including myself. Once the share is full, booking for that date will close.

Should your chosen share be fully booked, you can enter a wait list.

Location

The share takes place in Waterlooville on the Tempest estate, a few minutes drive from Junction 3 of the A3(M).

Free on-street parking is available.

Note

To ensure comfort and safety: the Reiki bed is rated for a client maximum weight of 150kg (approximately 23 stone). The Reiki studio is accessed via steps.
