I take your safety and comfort seriously. I hold an up‑to‑date DBS check for my work, and I maintain professional insurance and clear boundaries to support a safe, respectful environment during your session.

What to Expect During Your Reiki Session in Waterlooville:

Touch or No-Touch Reiki Options

When you arrive, you’ll be greeted and we’ll have a brief check‑in about how you’re feeling and whether you’d like touch or no‑touch Reiki, or a mix of both. If you choose touch, I’ll also ask if your feet are ticklish so we can adapt as needed. You’ll then be shown to the Reiki bed, invited to remove your shoes and lie down fully clothed.

Relaxing Music & Chakra Healing

Gentle relaxing music will play as I move through each chakra, starting at the head and working down the body. I’ll finish by gently grounding at your feet and knees, and if you’ve drifted off to sleep, I’ll pause for a few moments before waking you gently. A glass of water will be offered.

Session Duration & Booking

Should you wish for a different duration please advise before completing the booking:

• 30 minutes of Reiki healing – £30
• 45 minutes of Reiki healing – £40
• 60 minutes of Reiki healing – £50

Arrival and Location 📍

Located on the Tempest estate in Waterlooville. Free residential parking is available.

Booking your session 📑

Contact us to book your session. Payment must be completed within 24 hours to confirm your session. As part of the booking process, new clients will complete an intake form to help tailor the session.

Please arrive at the session 5 minutes before the scheduled appointment time. In case of late arrival, the session may need to be shortened to accommodate the following commitments or appointments.

Note

To ensure comfort and safety: the Reiki bed is rated for a client maximum weight of 150kg (approximately 23 stone). The Reiki studio is accessed via steps.
